- The indoor arena is a unique design - a 60 x 128 freespan indoor arena with skylights along both side walls and the roof for a very light open feel
- Both ends of the indoor arena are lines with mirrors
- Caveletti are available for cross training
- Footing is crumb rubber and sand new in 2010 regularly watered and groomed to keep footing fluffy and Calcium Chloride is used to eliminate dust
- The 10 main barn stalls are 12x12 matted and each stall has a dutch door to the outside as well as a slider into the aisle. Each horse has 2 heated buckets in winter
- The Stalls have ceiling fans to keep horses cool in summer

Stapleton Farm's Facilities
- The aisle is brightly lit with several sets of cross ties available
- An auromatic fly system keeps flys at bay
- The heated tack room has individual lockers so each boarder has an individual locker. - Lockers are spacious with several bridle hooks and saddle racks.
- We have excellent turnout and pastures. 34 acres cross fenced into 15 pastures
- Horses have rotational grazing in groups of 2-4 horses on large 1-3 acre feilds. Private turnout is also available
- Fencing is safe electrobraid fencing and each field has a heated water trough
- Pastures are mowed monthly to ensure quality of grazing, fertilized bi annually and reseeded every other year
- Pasures are planted based on the newest research for the best natural weed control and most beneficial grasses.
- There is a full size outdoor dressage arena that is groomed regularly with new rubber crumb footing in 2007
- There is also the option for pasture board with large run-in sheds and we have two large foaling stalls available.
- In 2011 we added a new groomed trail around the 34 acres to allow horses access to trails with safe footing
- A jump field is also available for cross training with stadium fences- to be finished fall of 2011
