Times flies when you're having fun - time for an update. The end of the show season took us to Region 2 USDF Champioships at the Kentucky horse park. Hannah took Miles and had a great show ending up 9th of 40+ horses in the Training Level Junior Championships - a wonderful experience for Hannah who is graduating in May and moving on to a working student position. Legs and Ruth had a bit of an off weekend - but some good moments and lots of learning. Thankful to have such a great team there to support us - Carrie from Hands on Horse Care came and massaged and Dr. Allen of Cornerstone equine provided chiropractic and veterinary support. the Team had a great time at the vendor booths and enjoyed some good food in Kentucky!
The Canter program still has 2-3 horses at the farm so if you are looking for a young prospect on a budget take a look!
Cory sold to Wellington to a wonderful jumping home - he really excels over fences and we were happy to see him go to an appropriate home. We have a lovely KWPN mare in for sale that will be listed in spring - super sweet girl by Sir Sinclair out of an Idocus mare.
Ruth continues to develop Legs and Richie - Legs is getting stronger and stronger helping to keep moving him forwards. The big baby Andy is starting under saddle and looks to be a lot lot of fun for the future.
We are already planning for the 2015 show season and looking forwards to warmer weather,
